Yes, and this is where SEAD is unusual. Every dish already exists in a vegan version, and a gluten-free version is available for every dish — so a mixed table is served the same menu, with nobody getting a substitute plate.

The Conscious Bar is and will remain the heart of what we pour — entirely zero-proof, built on adaptogens, ferments and sun-grown citrus. Beside it there is a curated mirror list: organic wines and beers, and wines made without added sulfites. The same principle as the kitchen — every choice has its twin.

Yes. There is a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez and of El Arco from the second floor and the terraces — best at sunset, when the whole bay turns amber. Ask for a table upstairs or on the terrace.

Both. You can book SEAD’s dining room on its own, add a terrace for the ceremony or cocktail hour, or take the whole sanctuary for the day — every room and both terraces. Tell us what the occasion needs and we design the day with you.
